Laura Vulgaris is a pseudonym of artist Laura Amanda Curley, based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. “Vulgaris” is a Latin term for “common,” often seen in scientific taxonomic classifications, and used extensively in Botany and Horticulture. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Art with a major in Drawing and Painting from OCAD University (OCADU), and a Certificate of Achievement in Horticulture from Humber College.
